                                     GJMC ARE A NEUTRAL MC 

​

(1) GJMC  Cuts & Tags are to be worn at all MC events - Rallies, Road Trips and Clubhouses and charity events. On Special Occasions the President / VP may waive the wearing of cuts. If the President or VP are unavailable then cuts should be worn to any other MC events. The wearing of cuts and tags at Private clubs ect are at the discretion of the individual Members 

 

(2) CHURCH: At Church please ask to speak, and stand when speaking, This is respect to President and Vice President and Club Members.

ALL OFFICERS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND MEETINGS

NO PROSPECTS OR HANGAROUNDS ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLUB CHURCH 

(unless cleared by the Pres or VP IN ADVANCE )

(3) RESPECT is serious GJMC commands respect for one reason. Those who are correctly informed recognize the deep level of personal commitment and self-discipline that a man/woman has to demonstrate and sustain in order to wear a patch. They realize that GJMC "Colours" are closely guarded and to be respected and defended at all times. Always be respectful when out and about and attending other MC events ect your actions are a reflection upon the GJMC name and all its members if you have any issues in any clubs or venues do not react or cause any drama screenshot and report it to the SA / PREZ / VP OR ANY ENF  

 

(4) Respect is to be shown to all club members regardless of personal feelings members will be civil and respect every member wearing the GJMC patch also respect will be given to outside peoples as regards BF/GF /OL/ WIFE'S HUSBANDS ECT In other words, if it's not yours, 'Don't Fuckabout with it or disrespect because it could end in an ass-kicking and removal from the club if you do cause disrespect or drama to another member BF/GF /OL/ WIFE / HUSBAND ECT

(5) PARTICIPATION: A Patch-holder will not discuss any club business whether it's about membership numbers or club meetings & Discord convos to 3rd parties or other MC Clubs or Families outside of GJMC 1%

(6) Your Cut is your identification. Wear it with pride Extra patches, rockers can be awarded overtime for your input and efforts into the club.

 

(7) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED! No exceptions

No member will bring personal drama issues into the club 

  The club will not act or get involved in personal drama issues unless there is clear documented proof that there has been a direct attack on the name of the club and its integrity

any member breaking this rule will be REMOVED FROM THE MC 

 

(8) If you have a problem with a fellow member please bring it to the attention of the SA or ENF at which time they will meet with the Parties to discuss how to handle the matter. If the SA feels it’s serious enough or a resolution can’t be found the SA will then pass it to the VP for due consideration if it requires further attention it will be bought to the PREZ for a his final decision on action to be taken .

 (9)  Any complaints or accusations brought against a member will be presented to the President & VP & SA  along with screenshots of said such complaint remember without screenshots we will not act on any complaints just on verbal say so unless witnessed by an officer! Depending on the seriousness of the offense will determine whether the offending member will stay or be removed from the Club. Any member being banned from the game will automatically be removed from the member's list and any GJMC chat rooms.

10 MEMBERS LEAVING THE CLUB 

Members are asked to send WRITTEN NOTICE  via a note card explaining their reason for leaving the club to the PREZ or VP or  im us in world in .  Any member leaving in bad standing or as a result of a childish tantrum /drama or argument with fellow members 

will not be welcomed back into the club at any time in the future.

if you are mad about something think about it for a few days before you react in haste.

(11) Members AWOL from the club for more than 30 days or a per-longed period of inactivity and no interaction in the club without prior notice in writing to the PREZ / VP / SA will be deemed as leaving the club and will be expelled and asked to remove there patch and cut

 

(12) ALL Members and Prospects should make sure they have their GJMC brothers and sisters on their friends list. No Members or Prospects are to have any fully patched GJMC members on Block ... no exceptions to this rule!!

                                                   

PLEASE READ AND TAKE NOTICE

As we bring in new members, I wanted to point out that with a group of  people, not everyone is going to get along all the time. We do pretty well within GJMC,we are a strong, cohesive MC. But like I said, not everyone gets along all the time. I cannot and will not even try to make everyone be friends with everyone else. That's just unrealistic. We're all individuals under this cut. But I will say this. Whether you respect or even LIKE someone as an individual, if they wear the GJMC cut, you WILL respect the patch. Good-natured poking fun is fine, but blatant disrespect will NOT be tolerated. I will come down like a sledgehammer cracking a nut on anyone I see disrespecting another member in local or Discord chat. And for pity's sake, grow a pair. If someone is not talking to you, there's probably a reason. Keeping your mouth shut when what you REALLY wanna do is bitch slap them verbally is NOT disrespectful. Running to the PREZ /VP / SA saying "So and so isn't talking to me" or "So and so didn't say Hi to me" is not going to get any sympathy from me. Remember.. We are a family. You may not always like all your brothers and sisters all the time, but they are still your family. We are a strong club with very little drama. I want to keep it that way.

So respect the patch, whether you like the person it's on or not.
